I’m Sera. I design and build websites that make small businesses look as good as they are. You can edit the wording yourself afterwards, so you’re not calling me every time a phone number changes. I’m based in Brisbane, working with businesses everywhere in Australia and beyond.
After that I’m still around for whatever else needs designing, from packaging to ads in every size they come in. A lot of my clients use me the way they’d use an in-house designer, just without the salary.
(01) What I do
Websites
Design and build, start to finish. Most are small business sites of a few pages, made to load quickly and look right on a phone.
Rebuilds
An existing site brought up to date, keeping what works and what Google already knows about you.
Brand and identity
Logo, type, colour and the pieces around it, so everything you put out looks like it came from the same place.
Design for print and social
Email campaigns, social posts, packaging and printed pieces, in the same look as the rest of your brand.
Ongoing design
Whatever comes up after the site is live: ads in every size they come in, packaging, menus, signage, a flyer by Friday. A lot of my clients use me the way they’d use an in-house designer, just without the salary.

A chat
You tell me about the business, what you need and roughly when. I come back with a fixed price and a timeline.

Design
I design the pages properly, around your real words and pictures rather than filler. You see it and we change what needs changing.

Build
I build it, test it on phones and desktops, and set up the basics so Google can list you.

Yours
It goes live, and you can edit the wording yourself from then on. I’m around afterwards if you need a hand.

- What does a website cost?
- It depends on how many pages you need and whether the brand already exists. Tell me what you’re after and I’ll give you a fixed price up front, so there are no surprises.
- Do you only do websites?
- No. I do whatever a small business needs designed: packaging, ads in every size they come in, social posts, email campaigns, menus, signage and printed pieces. Plenty of my clients use me the way they’d use an in-house designer, just without the salary and the desk.
- Can I update it myself?
- Yes. You’ll be able to edit the wording yourself once the site is built, so you’re not paying me every time a phone number changes.
- Do you only work with Brisbane businesses?
- I’m in Brisbane, so I can meet in person if that helps, but most of the work happens over email and calls. I work with businesses everywhere in Australia, and further afield when it suits.
- What do you need from me?
- A rough idea of what you want to say, and any photos or logos you already have. Draft wording is fine to start with, we can tidy it as we go.
